D&G skirt in March 2010 Teen Vogue
Vintage Micheline top. Milly camisole. D&G skirt. Vintage woven belt. Tusk necklace. Shadow facet bracelet. Vintage Whiting & Davis Co bag. Chanel ballerinas.D&G's spring 2010 collection explored the American West in leggy looks culminating in a stampede of chambray button-down shirts & creamy tiered tulle skirts for the finale (looks #52-62). Designers Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana didn't so much redefine the fashion wheel as brand the season's material trends: denim, eyelet, suede - a welcome segway into spring.
I debuted my D&G miniskirt with a crochet blouse (geometric flora in a pointelle pattern) & a tusk necklace studded with seed pearls. Fields of gold: a knotted woven belt & a mesh purse (with peach silk sides). This skirt was featured in Teen Vogue (both March's prom supplement & April's beachy editorial).
